Your patients get excellent consultations. Then they go home.
Between visits, most clinics rely on WhatsApp messages, paper reports and patients remembering to follow up.
Reports in many formats
Lab reports from different diagnostic centres arrive as PDFs and photos, so trends are hard to follow.
Follow-up depends on the patient
Without a structured plan at home, follow-up visits happen when something goes wrong.
A premium experience that ends at the door
The attentiveness that sets your clinic apart is hard to deliver between visits at scale.
A connected, personalised patient experience.
The same platform used by concierge practices in the US, set up for clinics in India.
Lab reports become trends
Patients or staff upload a lab report PDF from any lab and each value is tracked over time against reference ranges.
Wearable insights
Data from Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, Garmin and other devices that write to Apple Health or Health Connect, read against each patient's own baseline.

Learn moreA care circle for family
With permission, family members — including those living abroad — can follow a parent's vitals and receive alerts.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need an EMR to use Healthvox?
No. Running without an EMR is a supported setup — records live in Healthvox and can be exported whenever you adopt one. If you use OpenEMR or another FHIR-capable system, Healthvox can connect to it.
Can Healthvox read reports from Indian diagnostic labs?
Yes. Healthvox reads lab report PDFs in any lab's format and files each result as a tracked value. When a lab uses a test name it hasn't seen before, it learns the alias so later reports map cleanly.
Which phones and wearables are supported?
iPhone through Apple Health and Android through Health Connect. Any wearable whose app writes to those stores — including Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Fitbit and Garmin — reaches Healthvox without a separate integration.
How is pricing structured?
On the number of patients enrolled, month to month, with no implementation fee. Contact us for pricing in India.
