For preventive and longevity clinics

Measure progress,not just visits.

Preventive and longevity programs live on longitudinal data: lab panels, wearable trends and habits over months. Healthvox brings them into one record per patient and makes the trend the unit of care.

The longevity data problem

The data exists. It just never meets.

Patients arrive with lab PDFs from several labs, a wearable, sometimes a CGM, and a long list of goals. Assembling it into one picture is manual work that happens during the visit.

Labs trapped in PDFs

Results arrive as attachments in different formats, so trends across panels are hard to see.

Wearables in a separate world

Sleep, HRV and activity data stay in consumer apps, disconnected from the clinical record.

Progress that's hard to show

Without one longitudinal view, it's difficult to show a patient — or yourself — what the program changed.

What Healthvox adds

One longitudinal record for every patient.

Labs, wearables, CGM and EHR data in one place, read for you, with a plan the patient can follow at home.

Lab PDFs become tracked values

Upload a lab report in any format and each result is filed against a 77-biomarker catalog — lipids, metabolic, thyroid, hormones, renal, liver and full blood count.

Biological age and healthspan

A biological age estimated from nine routine lab markers, shown against chronological age with a score for each body system. If markers are missing, it names the labs to order.

Learn more

Clinical risk scores

Cardiovascular, kidney failure and type 2 diabetes risk, plus insulin resistance, lipids, liver and inflammation, from the labs and vitals already on file.

Learn more

Wearable and CGM trends

HRV, sleep stages, resting heart rate, SpO2 and continuous glucose alongside lab history, against each patient's personal baseline.

Learn more

A personal action plan

Patients see their biomarkers over time with an action plan and a retest schedule, so the next panel is part of the program rather than an afterthought.

Health journeys with targets

Assign journeys such as reversing prediabetes or improving sleep, with targets your team sets and a daily check-in the patient completes.

How it works

How a preventive program runs on Healthvox

  1. 01

    Baseline

Upload the intake panel and connect wearables. Biological age and risk scores calculate from what's on file.

  2. 02

    Plan

Assign up to three journeys with targets, plus a retest schedule.

  3. 03

    Follow

Daily check-ins and device data show progress between visits; deviations from baseline reach your team.

  4. 04

    Review

At the next visit, a pre-visit brief shows what moved — and the next panel shows it in the labs.

Questions buyers ask

Frequently asked questions

Which labs can Healthvox read?

Lab report PDFs in any lab's format, including Quest, LabCorp and hospital or regional labs. When a lab uses a test name Healthvox hasn't seen, it learns the alias so the next report from that lab maps cleanly.

How is biological age calculated?

From nine routine lab markers already common in preventive panels. Healthvox shows it against the patient's chronological age with a score per body system, and lists any missing labs needed to complete it. It is an estimate to support conversation and planning, not a diagnosis.

Do members need to buy specific devices?

No. Healthvox reads from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, so Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Pixel Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Withings and Omron data arrives through the platform health store. FreeStyle Libre glucose data connects directly through LibreLinkUp.

Does Healthvox replace our EHR?

No. Healthvox works alongside the chart system you already use. Ten EHR systems have a dedicated adapter (Epic, Cerner, OpenEMR, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Allscripts, Meditech, Practice Fusion and DrChrono), and a configurable adapter covers the rest. Vitals and notes are written back to the chart, so your staff keep working in the system they open every morning. Practices with no EHR can keep records in Healthvox and export them later.

How is Healthvox priced?

On the number of patients you actually enroll, not on seats or providers. Plans are month to month with no implementation fee, and every plan includes every feature. Start with a 30-day trial on a small group of members.
