What happens when you delete your account?
- • Your personal information (name, email, phone, address) will be permanently deleted
- • Your health metrics, vitals history, and synced device data will be removed
- • Uploaded medical documents will be deleted from our servers
- • Emergency contacts and settings will be removed
- • AI assistant (Mira) conversation history will be deleted
- • Push notification preferences and device tokens will be cleared
- • Your account with connected healthcare providers will be disconnected
- • This action is irreversible and cannot be undone
Data retained for legal/medical compliance
Certain medical records shared with your healthcare provider through EMR integrations may be retained by the provider in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations and medical record retention laws. This data is managed by your healthcare provider, not Healthvox.
