You agree to use the Service only for:

- Activities permitted by applicable healthcare regulations
- Purposes intended by the Service's design and functionality

- Reverse engineer the Service or its AI components
- Share access credentials with unauthorized users
4. AI Technology and LLM Deployment
Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs). You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs are assistive tools and not substitutes for professional medical judgment
- Healthcare providers remain responsible for all medical decisions
- The Service supports multiple LLM deployment options:
4.1 LLM Deployment Options
- Bring Your Own LLM: You may use your preferred LLM models
- On-Premises Deployment: LLMs can be hosted within your infrastructure
- Trusted Provider Integration: You may use LLMs from your chosen trusted providers
4.2 Customer Responsibilities
- When using your own LLM or chosen provider, you are responsible for:
- Compliance with all applicable regulations and licenses
- Maintaining the security and updates of the LLM infrastructure
- Any data processing that occurs within your chosen LLM environment
- Ensuring appropriate access controls and monitoring
4.3 Our Responsibilities
- We will provide:
- Technical support for LLM integration
- Documentation for deployment options
- Security best practices and configuration guidance
- Integration testing and validation tools
5. Data Rights and Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We maintain strict data privacy and:
- Do not claim ownership of your or your patients' data
- Process data solely to provide the Service
- Maintain data confidentiality and security
- Allow data export in standard formats
6. Service Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high service availability but:
- May perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Cannot guarantee 100% uptime
- Provide support during business hours
- May update the Service periodically to improve functionality
7. Subscription and Billing
Service access requires a valid subscription. Terms include:
- Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- We may modify pricing with 30 days notice
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
