For direct primary care practices

Your whole panel,between visits.

DPC physicians carry larger panels than concierge practices on a tighter budget. Healthvox helps you stay close to every member — especially the ones with hypertension, diabetes or weight goals — without adding hours to your day.

The DPC reality

Unlimited access is a promise. Your time is not unlimited.

Direct primary care removes the insurance middleman, but it puts more of the relationship on the physician. The members who need the most attention are rarely the ones who message most.

Panels of several hundred

With a large panel, it is hard to know which members are drifting until they show up with a problem.

Chronic conditions at home

Blood pressure, glucose and weight change daily. Quarterly visits capture a handful of readings out of hundreds.

Lean teams

Most DPC practices run with minimal staff. Any new tool has to save time, not create another inbox.

What Healthvox adds

Engagement that scales with your panel.

The same platform concierge practices use, configured for a larger panel and a leaner team.

This week's priority list

Healthvox ranks enrolled members by risk of getting worse, so you start the week with the five who need a call — not a spreadsheet.

Chronic care cohorts

Run hypertension, diabetes, cardiac and post-discharge cohorts, each with its own thresholds, review schedule and escalation rules.

Daily check-ins and health journeys

Members pick up to three goals and answer one short check-in each morning; your team can set journeys with targets for them.

A member app for access

Booking, secure messaging, video visits and plain-language visit summaries, all in one app members already have on their phone.

Home devices and CGM

Blood pressure cuffs, smart scales and FreeStyle Libre glucose readings arrive automatically, timestamped at the device.

AI front-desk agents

Scheduling, conversational intake and insurance eligibility checks for members who also carry coverage — handled day and night.

How it works

How a DPC practice starts

  1. 01

    Choose one cohort

Start with one condition, such as members with hypertension, and one physician.

  2. 02

    Enroll in one flow

Invite the member, pair the device and capture consent in a single flow your staff can finish.

  3. 03

Let the list do the triage

Each week, review the members Healthvox ranks highest instead of scrolling every reading.

  4. 04

    Expand when it earns it

Add members and cohorts month by month. Nothing to re-implement as you grow.

Where Healthvox fits in a DPC practice

Healthvox is
  • Member engagement, check-ins and health journeys
  • Home monitoring for chronic conditions with personal baselines
  • Messaging, video, booking and AI front-desk agents
  • Connected to your EHR over FHIR, or standalone
Healthvox is not
  • Membership billing or subscription management
  • A replacement for your EHR
  • An RPM billing service — DPC practices typically don't bill insurers for monitoring
Questions buyers ask

Frequently asked questions

Concierge medicine vs. direct primary care — do you treat them differently?

The platform is the same. What differs is the setup: DPC practices usually start with chronic care cohorts and a priority list across a larger panel, while concierge practices often lead with wearable insights, biological age and personalized journeys for each member.

How is Healthvox priced?

On the number of patients you actually enroll, not on seats or providers. Plans are month to month with no implementation fee, and every plan includes every feature. Start with a 30-day trial on a small group of members.

Does Healthvox replace our EHR?

No. Healthvox works alongside the chart system you already use. Ten EHR systems have a dedicated adapter (Epic, Cerner, OpenEMR, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Allscripts, Meditech, Practice Fusion and DrChrono), and a configurable adapter covers the rest. Vitals and notes are written back to the chart, so your staff keep working in the system they open every morning. Practices with no EHR can keep records in Healthvox and export them later.

Do members need to buy specific devices?

No. Healthvox reads from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, so Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Pixel Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Withings and Omron data arrives through the platform health store. FreeStyle Libre glucose data connects directly through LibreLinkUp.

How is patient data protected?

Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, with role-based access control, tenant isolation and audit logging. EHR connections use HL7 FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR with asymmetric OAuth 2.0 client authentication.

Start with one cohort and one physician.

Pick the members who would benefit most, connect their devices and see what thirty days of continuous data changes. Cancel any time and take your data with you.
