Connecting the data is half the job. Someone still has to read it.
Continuous monitoring is only useful if it saves physician time rather than consuming it.
Alert fatigue
Threshold-based alerts on every reading bury the ones that matter.
Visit prep by hand
Pulling together trends, labs and history before each appointment eats into the day.
Documentation burden
Notes written after hours are the work physicians most want back.
Built to save physician time.
Every output is presented for a clinician to review. Healthvox supports clinical judgment; it does not diagnose.
Personal baselines
Each patient's normal, learned over about two weeks, so alerts reflect change for that person.
This week's priority list
Patients ranked by risk of getting worse, so your team starts at the top.
Pre-visit briefs
One screen covering trends, adherence, new labs and open items since the last visit.
Clinical risk scores
Cardiovascular, kidney failure and type 2 diabetes risk, plus insulin resistance, lipids, liver and inflammation.
Biological age and healthspan
Estimated from nine routine lab markers with a score per body system, and a list of missing labs to order.
Drafted SOAP notes
Drafted from the visit and monitoring data. You review and sign; an audit-ready PDF attaches to the encounter.
Ask Mira about your patients
Plain-language questions across your panel, such as “Which hypertensives haven't logged a reading in two weeks?”
Per-patient alert muting
Mute alerts from a single patient when you need to, without changing everyone else's thresholds.

How we think about clinical AI
- Decision support with the source data one tap away
- Designed to reduce alerts and documentation time
- Reviewed and signed by clinicians
- An autonomous diagnostic system
- A replacement for physician judgment
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI make diagnoses?
No. Healthvox surfaces trends, ranks patients by risk of getting worse, calculates established risk scores and drafts documentation for a clinician to review. Clinical decisions stay with your physicians.
What data does the AI use?
The patient's own record in Healthvox: wearable and home-device readings, CGM data, parsed lab results, and conditions, encounters and observations from your EHR over FHIR where connected.
How is patient data protected?
Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, with role-based access control, tenant isolation and audit logging. EHR connections use HL7 FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR with asymmetric OAuth 2.0 client authentication.
Does Healthvox replace our EHR?
No. Healthvox works alongside the chart system you already use. Ten EHR systems have a dedicated adapter (Epic, Cerner, OpenEMR, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Allscripts, Meditech, Practice Fusion and DrChrono), and a configurable adapter covers the rest. Vitals and notes are written back to the chart, so your staff keep working in the system they open every morning. Practices with no EHR can keep records in Healthvox and export them later.
