What does the pilot cost?
There is no implementation fee and no long-term contract. Healthvox is priced on the number of patients enrolled, month to month, with a 30-day trial. We will confirm the exact terms for your practice on the kickoff call.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You can export your data whenever you ask, including at the end of the pilot.
Do we have to connect our EHR?
No. Many pilots run standalone first. Ten EHR systems have a dedicated adapter and a configurable adapter covers others, so connecting later does not mean starting again.
Can we include members without a wearable?
Yes. Members without a device can still use daily check-ins, health journeys, lab tracking, messaging and video visits.
