A watch can record a thousand readings a day. Doctors usually see none.
Wearable data is abundant but unusable in practice when it arrives as screenshots, or not at all.
Too much raw data
No physician has time to scroll a month of heart rate samples.
Textbook ranges miss individuals
A resting heart rate of 78 says little by itself; a change from that person's normal says a lot.
Every device, a different app
Asking patients to install vendor-specific integrations doesn't scale.
One connection on the phone. Most devices covered.
Healthvox reads from the platform health stores, so any device whose app writes to them reaches you without a separate integration.
Apple Health (HealthKit)
Heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, SpO2, respiratory rate, wrist temperature and activity from Apple Watch and iPhone.
Android Health Connect
The same metric set from Samsung Galaxy Watch, Pixel Watch and Health Connect-compatible devices.
Fitbit, Garmin, Withings, Omron
Reach Healthvox through Apple Health or Health Connect, tagged to their source so you know where a reading came from.
FreeStyle Libre CGM
A direct LibreLinkUp integration. Patients connect their Libre account in the app and glucose flows in continuously.
Home devices
Blood pressure monitors, smart scales, pulse oximeters, glucose meters and thermometers, each with thresholds built for that device type.
Personal baselines and alerts
Healthvox learns each patient's normal and alerts only on abnormal readings and worsening trends.
Learn moreHow wearable data reaches your team
- 01
Patient connects once
In the Healthvox app, the patient grants access to Apple Health or Health Connect.
- 02
Data syncs in the background
Readings arrive automatically, tagged with their source device.
- 03
Baseline forms
Over about two weeks, Healthvox learns what's normal for that patient.
- 04
Only changes surface
Your team sees meaningful deviations and trends, written back to the EHR where connected.
What this integration is
- Reads from Apple Health, Health Connect and LibreLinkUp
- Source-tagged, timestamped readings
- Personal baselines and alerting
- A device vendor — patients use the devices they already own
- An emergency monitoring service — alerts support, not replace, clinical follow-up
Frequently asked questions
Do members need to buy specific devices?
No. Healthvox reads from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, so Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Pixel Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Withings and Omron data arrives through the platform health store. FreeStyle Libre glucose data connects directly through LibreLinkUp.
Does Healthvox support Oura or Whoop?
Any device whose own app writes to Apple Health or Health Connect reaches Healthvox through the platform health store. Check that the device's app shares the metrics you need with Apple Health or Health Connect.
Can wearable data go into our EHR?
Yes, where an EHR is connected. Ten EHR systems have a dedicated adapter (Epic, Cerner, OpenEMR, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Allscripts, Meditech, Practice Fusion and DrChrono), and a configurable adapter covers the rest.
How is patient data protected?
Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, with role-based access control, tenant isolation and audit logging. EHR connections use HL7 FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR with asymmetric OAuth 2.0 client authentication.

Doctors: sign up in the app and apply for provider access. Our team approves each account.
